Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery destination. Orders over £35 within the UK qualify for free shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class service. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.


Order Processing Times

Orders are processed during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Please note that dispatch times may vary during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or Royal Mail service disruptions.


Legal Compliance and Customer Responsibilities

  1. Delivery Responsibility: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods are deemed delivered once they are in the physical possession of the customer or a person nominated by the customer.
